Omg...I'm in culinary school and I've befriended a few guys that do this very exact same thing! It is sooooo annoying... I appreciate the comaradery, but its just too much sometimes. Especially the physical touching of me... its almost kinda like they are subconsciously leading me on... and then when I initiate the first move, they get all defensive and say "Heeeeeeey, woooooooh there... what are you doing?" ... In my head, I'm saying "I'm trying to finish what you started" LOL...

If the touching makes you feel that you're being hit on, tell them to knock it off. Believe me, it's better to nip it in the bud.

I'm not a prude or uptight by any means, but after a really bad experience at work, if this stuff continued after I said something about it, I'd view it as sexual harrassment and treat it accordingly. And no, I'm not a dick or an asshole.

Let him be your fantasy but I would not let it beyond that point. Don't mix business with pleasure as you have much to lose if things go sour.
 
Knowing what he knows about your sexuality and also aware that you fancy him

I can only advice on two routes of action, whichever suites you:

Okay, there is one alternate route: commonsense. Yeah, I think some straight guys really like the comradery they can get with gay guys. Someone they can openly talk about their love of there own dick and sex in general with.

But I don't think they are thinking of it as sexual with the gay guy they are talking to often. Which can lead to some bad misunderstandings. I would just follow suit and talk about how awesome your cock is or your sex filled weekend was.
