How Long Can You Use the Bathmate?

listen to your body. I worked up to 20 minutes early in the day, then 20 minutes later in the day. that might not work for you.

when it hurts, gets too numb, feels tired, or anything, stop and rest. 20 minutes is a very good amount, just make sure you rest long enough before doing it again.
 
In my experience? Like Moez said - listen to your body. If it HURTS. Stop. If it feels good / tolerable. Go on. For me? 20 minutes a day. The instructions are 20 minutes every OTHER day. Results may vary. We are all different. I know my cock is a LOT More permeable to the bathmate than others (Ie I've done two sessions in a day - but only twice so far - and only because each session was sub par. So far I just enjoy it, and the heft it gives me.

The longest session I've done is about an hour, but that's with a lot of breaks mixed in. I usually go about 5 minutes and then drop the pressure partway for a minute to get some fresh blood in. Plus after about 15 minutes or so, you'll want to get some warmer water in there too.
 
I got one of these a while back, and recently stopped using it (I must start again!)

I used to stick to around 20 minutes, sometimes went a bit over, but never let it get painful. You usually get a tired feeling from the pressure, don't let it get beyond that.
 
Just got my bathmate and am curious for those that have one, did you notice mostly girth or length gains or both?

Iv been using it for 3 months now every other day and still nothing...
Now Im using it every day for 30 minutes maybe something happen but for now ,, nada....
 
I started using the x40 in September it adds quite a bit of thickness and a little length I usually go for about 20 mins, 25 max. Remember to have rest days though and to combine with stretching and jelqing too!
 
Optimally, you’d use the pump during your warm down from your standard training, but you can use it on a couple of your off days once you get acclimated, provided your EQ stays high.
A routine for using the pump would be as follows:
Week 1:

  • Day 1: Pump: 5 minutes
  • Day 2: Pump: 6 minutes
  • Day 3: Pump: 7 minutes
Week 2:

  • Day 1: Pump: 8 minutes
  • Day 2: Pump: 9 minutes
  • Day 3: Pump: 10 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
  • Day 4: Pump: 11 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
Week 3:

  • Day 1: Pump: 12 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
  • Day 2: Pump: 13 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
  • Day 3: Pump: 14 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
  • Day 4: Pump: 15 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
Week 4:

  • Day 1: Pump: 16 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
  • Day 2: Pump: 17 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
  • Day 3: Pump: 18 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
  • Day 4: Pump: 19 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
  • Day 5: Pump: 20 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 and 15 minute mark)

The days worked above should be adjusted to your schedule.
 
Thanks for the tip Al as I've been using the bathmate pre jelq and stretch! Hopefully if I do it post should work better?
 
I've seen an increase of both length and girth by .5" in 6 months. I used to do an hour mmaybe 2 in the tube but now I just stick to 20 minutes daily in the shower.

Look at your ED and if your cock feels tired maybe just give it a break for a few days
 
the advice that comes with the product says that you shouldn't use it for more that 15 min a day, and sessions shouldn't be longer than 15 minutes. from what I have noticed (being an owner of both a hercules pump and an X40 as of this past summer and using them for 4 steady months and being on break of using them due to school currently), that's good advice for gradual steady gains, and if being used every other day with a full body workout routine in place, Erection quality should stay strong. (what I noticed with mine anyways)

I have gained a full inch in length and girth. I was average size, and now I'm slightly above average. with consistent use and persistence, I may be able to reach my main goal (8.5 by 6 (roughly the size of the largest dildo I own))

Ive seen 3/8" permanent girth gains in about a year. The first 1/8 I don't count too much as I feel I was getting back to what I used to be years ago. After that it's all Bathmate and all new.

I used it as advertised for the first six months and all I got was the first 1/8"

After that I started using it on lower pressure for longer sessions. 30 minutes, an hour, 1 1/2 hours. Many times I'll take it off at 30 minutes , get a new erection, get new hot water and start again.

I've seen huge results becuase of this. I have two friends that also have done the same thing and are getting similar results.

I really think the low pressure is the answer. You don't want to harm your dick just get it to be used to being big. I think more guys overtrain then anything. Under training leads to slow gains overtraining leads to no gains.
 
i'm looking to buy a bathmate, on the website they have a quick test to know what model is made for me, the maximum erect lenght is 8.5 inches, i make 9... result they dont have any model for me ?!? :-(
