I am nearly 70 years old I go to the gym 4 times a week and keep very fit
for my age,I still have active sex 5 times a week I could go a lot more times but my wife is not so active as me,she often tells me to find someone to feel my needs I do think she is serious but I just can't imagine it.

Then there is always the standby you most likely resorted to during your teen years. One or two hands. Certainly safe sex, especially if you was your hands prior to each experience.
