I suppose that anything is possible, but in my thinking, if he had normal hormone levels and sexual development it would tend to make me wonder a wee bit as well.

If it's true, someone needs to show him how. I think it's more common for women not to know how to masturbate, at least not to orgasm. But I suppose it's possible for men too.
