Well, DH and I have decided to get enlargement surgery for him. We are planning on an Elist implant, but I am curious if any other ladies have experience with men after enlargement? Feel free to PM me if you're not comfortable posting here.

I am interested in hearing from guys who who have had surgery experience too.

Thanks and XOXO
Rach

I had breast reduction surgery. All that was removed was fat, glandular tissue and a little skin. I had a friend who had breast enlargement. She had saline sacks inserted and anchored.

There's not a lot of mechanics that go into breasts that's not involved with milk production. Counter that with the penis, and there's a whole lot of nuts and bolts (puns, if you want them) involved. My boobs don't have anything to do with sexy times other than act as visual niceties (his opinion), but the weenie has a ton of heavy lifting to do.

If there is a satisfaction quota that's not being met then don't think this will be a magic bullet to fix everything. In fact, quite the opposite might happen and you'll be worse off. On the other hand, this could very easily be the thing that does the trick, but without a master at the controls you might be in the same situation.

Of course, I'm assuming you've done all due diligence, discussed this in depth with a qualified medical professional not to mention a counselor, and are on your way. In that case, good luck.

But since you posted here, you're obviously looking for feedback. From what I see before me is a resounding caveat emptor.

On the plus side, it is an FDA approved procedure and the doctor has some experience. It seems in reading that if it goes well, it goes really well and if goes badly then it's quite bad - See posts in Thundersplace and phalloboards. Elist is the only doc doing the procedure and he has not published any data that I can find about the results. The major issue in penile enhancement surgery is that there is no consensus of information, no standard of care and the continued taboo nature of the procedure in the medical community. There are only isolated individuals with their closely guarded techniques and procedures that have yet to be vetted and critically critiqued from a medical standpoint.

And all of that makes this a big fat "no effing way" in my opinion. I may be cynical, but I don't trust the success rate results from a survey commissioned by the doctor "of patients who agreed to take the survey". Plenty of margin for error and outright manipulation of responses. And a procedure practiced by only one surgeon? No thanks, not for elective surgery. People die, including surgeons....and if you are the lucky guy who needs a follow up after doc passes to the great operating theater in the sky...then what? Yeah, how likely, but then these are all real possibilities regardless of odds.

It's odd that these penile surgeries all seem to have the same pattern of dubious results, small participation, and "pending" approvals. For $13,000, I demand far more.

13k for a enlargment...
Spend the 13k on something youll enjoy alot more than a slightly larger wiener!!

First, let me thank everybody for your candid and honest answers. This is exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for and will show it to Nic today. I should let you know that this is something he and I both want equally although it was his idea initially. We understand the risks and he is actually more concerned about the potential negative outcome than I am in some ways. Before you think I'm shallow, I'm a strong believer in people making their own decisions and Nic feels he's at the age where, if something goes wrong, we can deal with it in a number of ways acceptable to both of us. In fact, he has made me agree to certain contingencies because he and I have such a good relationship already. The upside is that if it's successful, he will be able to experience something he never believed possible, which seems important to him. To be honest, the extra inches in length and girth will be exciting for me since he is the smallest guy I've been with. Sex is not the end all, be all for either of us so this is a risk we might be willing to take, although I look forward to his responses to your posts above.

By the way, the total cost of the procedure is less than $7,000, about the same as my boob job.

On a related note, most people don't believe either of us when we tell them how big he is, which has led to a little fetish of me showing him off. If there were no risks involved at all, he would honestly be a very good candidate. I hope none of you think we're taking this lightly and we really appreciate your time to respond.

Here is a picture of him erect just so you know that we're not exaggerating.

Five inches erect is on the smaller side but not dramatically small, about the 37th percentile (long) according to one calculator. The girth indicated is in the bottom quintile. Soft he is pretty small but I see guys who when very soft have knob dicks in the gym showers often. It's not abnormal.

People do as they want and don't need any reason. I am just saying the dick you describe -- getting five inches hard -- is statistically not a tiny outlier, just somewhat smaller than average.

Best of luck!

I have a whole documented thread on here "my success with dr. Loria" there has been more than a handful of others on here that have gone through the same procedure. It is safe and mostly increases girth by increasing the collagen layers. Please review that thread before making any descions. Elise is popular but also has some patients who end up having the insert removed later. My wife and I are happy with our results. Went from 4.5 girth to 6.5 over a gew procedures.

Don't take your descions lightly. Talk to actual patients for any procedure you are thinking about.

There are cases where people LOSE an inch or more of length, it's essentially a crapshoot.

On the non-surgical side of things, penile extenders were actually shown to work in a study, and they're far cheaper and don't carry risks associated with surgery.

I'd start off with those and leave surgery as a last resort.

I dunno about all this, just be happy wi what th Lord blessed U with, from what I seen surgically enhanced dicks never look good or convincing. if you ain't got it fellas then leave it alone please!
