The pictures are from a book called "Superhung #1" published by Ron Fox.
In the book, Ron said his name was Marco, and he was from Brazil.
However, I've seen them published under several other names.

Those pictures date back to the 1970's and were floating around then. If that guy did not die during the Viet Nam War period he would be probably nearly 60 years old by now. I think that there are other references to him elsewhere in this group and that some individual who is or was a member here went to HS with him. According to that individual he was real, and he was a very quiet kid that everyone made fun of if memory serves correctly. In truth it looks like fun now, but if that is legit and it may well be based on the age of the photos, that kid would have in reality suffered horrific things when he was in school especially if he was seen in gym showers. Like always, there are good and bad sides to everything.

Yes, if the boy REALLY did/does exist, his backstory would be compelling, to say the least. It's not about the penis; it's about the boy/man who is controlled by the penis. How did the penis affect his daily life? It really has to be a curse. But then, if it's something he's always had, and always had to deal with, then it probably seemed normal to him. Is he in his 40s now? His 50s? His 60s? Did he ever hold a normal, 9-5 job? Did he venture into porn? Did the outside world alter his life any? How did other people's reaction to his penis affect him? Was he treated like the Elephant Man, in a sense? Did he live a life in poverty? Did he die young? I'm fascinated by his backstory.
