There are multiple stories of him dating men for their $$$, a place to sleep, food, a come up, etc. Kenneth Sky is being used now because he is popular on Tik Tok. Issac is probably frustrated that people are accusing him of doing Hugo wrong when Hugo is the one that was using him.
