Here is a ground breaker for you... It is the chubby guys who were bigger to begin with.
Being skinny creates an illusion where an average-small sized dick can look HUGE.
Plop the same "average size" dick on an obese guy and it looks tiny.
Plop a "big dick" on a chubby guy and it looks less than average. (But it sure doesn't feel average!)
The principle can be applied if you show an audience a picture with a coffee mug on it sitting on two tables. The mug on the small table is the mug the audience thinks is the "larger" mug because of the illusion of perspective, when in reality, the mug on the large table WAS the larger mug to begin with.
There is the fat pad which we can consider, but we've gotten along just fine with that!
Any myth that has been propagated in regards to chubby/obese guys being small is due to this perspective issue and NOT actual measurements.

hahahaha That scares me. I was a 27 until about 5 yrs ago when my mother was in the hospital for several months and I had to eat at a well known fast food place daily and I gained 30 lbs, I have since lost that weight and my waist which was a 34 is now a 29/30
I say this to people all that time, the biggest deterrent to the perception of the size of a cock is height and behind that being skinny.
I have lost the weight I gained as mentioned above but I HAVE NOT lost that fat pad around my big dick, which I find to be really grotesque (speaking personally , don't be offended) Is THERE ANY WAY TO ACCOMPLISH THIS ?????

No, A BMI of 26 is overweight, but not obese. 18.5 - 24.9 is considered healthy, 25 - 29.9 is considered overweight, and 30+ is obese.
A 5'10" guy would be considered obese at 209 lbs. A 6'0" guy would be considered obese at 221 lbs.
A guy can be technically overweight and still appear hung. Occasionally, he may be obese and still appear quite hung. However, as we gain weight, some weight will be distributed to the pubic/pelvic fat pad. Once you enter into the obese category, you're carrying roughly 20% (or about 40 pounds if you're 6'0" tall) more fat than you should be carrying, and this will definitely affect visible penis length to some degree.
You may have a lot to spare down there, but if you're obese, just know that you could possibly be showing a lot more.

On here I have been called it all from tiny to monster & you can make your own accessment. Look at my pics but it I'd 7.25 inches long bonepresses but the fat pad hides 1.75 inches so only 5.5 is visable as well as 5.75 inches around girthy. & about 1.5 or 1.75 wide. Those who have had me inside them said I'm big/huge.
