He's got almost 500 videos on his page and a lot (at least 25%) are long videos that are not in slo-mo. I don't find the fact that are also some that are in slo-mo misleading in the slightest. How so? He posts the length and description of every video he is selling and a title that is consistent over time (so you don't buy the same video twice if you pay attention). And if the collab partner is on OF, he posts their OF caption in the handle as well. There are previews of all the videos on the wall (usually quite long ones). I wish he would number his videos so it is easier to tell if you've bought one before, but other than that, what additional information do you need?

Shooting with a wide-angle lens (the .5 lens if you use an iPhone) has some distortion at the edges of the frame which makes things look much bigger. It's always more apparent in videos.
In the link you shared, you can see his cock up-close but also see the other guy's body, head, and some background. If it was a standard lens that close to his cock, his cock would fill the frame.
