@Taz46 your correct as yes we lose some size or potential size when cut. The aesthetic of being cut gives the appearance of a bigger cock only because the head sticks out and doesn't hide. Its just a trick of the eyes. We are what we are and not much changes it, that isn't radical or potentially dangerous. The truer statement from the previous post Taz replied to is
