I guarantee mine does, and I have known others who do as well. Not much you can do with a limp pecker, but lots you can do with a hard one, no matter the size.

Hope I didn't come off too harsh. I sometimes get carried away. I just sometimes become annoyed at the idea that we're not aware that all small soft dicks don't remain small hard dicks. However, by and large, smaller soft cocks do tend to become smaller erect cocks, although maybe not as small as one might expect.
