Idk, everyone spouts that she's god's gift to music and I can respect her talent and raw emotion, I'm just not hugely impacted by it I guess *shrugs*

I have heard good things about her. Saw this thread and went and checked her out. Wonderful voice. Very refreshing. She sang live. Did not use a autotuner and she is a Real Woman. And a pretty one too.

I love her, too! My husband met her a few years ago at SXSW in Austin. He told me he met this cute little Brit and her voice was awesome - very jazzy! I didn't hear her until a couple of years ago and fell in love with her. Wish I could meet her one day. She seems so genuine.

I believe I said she was sassy. She was pretty sure of herself when I met her, but I think that was more nerves than anything. She does have a set of pipes though!

I agree Cath. There were two performers who got me going during the Grammy's...ADELE and Chris Brown.

I thought her performance at the Grammy's was amazing, and even moreso when considering that this was her first one since her surgery.

Her music may not appeal to people, but you can't really deny her talent. She is so raw and passionate. And she does seem to be such a beautiful person, inside and out - I, too, hope that her fame doesn't work against her.

And her anti-glitz style is something I like a lot.

Yeh, she did an interview where she showed the reporter around her favourite pub hehe - just a normal London girl.
