several hours prior,women,wose job it was,to collect in there nightcarts,had crossed that yard,with drips galore

I'm not surprised that you would have seen that back then, and I actually wouldn't be surprised if in remote places in the countryside people still did that, but it's can't be all that common anymore.

When I was younger we would sometimes visit some friends of my grandparents who owned a farm and raised pigs, and although I never saw it myself I know they would occasionally butcher one for their own consumption and to share with friends, right there in their courtyard.

I'm sure some people still do this, especially if it is for their own consumption, but I think there are too many laws and regulations nowadays for people to be able to butcher their own animal in the open like this in a commercial context. The meat that you buy probably needs to be slaughtered in a very sterile environments.

we have a law,butchering for own consumption ok,provided hygienically done,and health checks done
more than fair/reasonable that

personally,my self immunity efforts,seem to have worked out ok for me
minimal drs visits etc
 
I’m really happy we were able to donate our carved pumpkins to our friends at the goat farm. Those goats will feast tonight!

I missed a few calls from my boss because I felt like jacking off instead of working.

Im glad I work from home.
 
I don’t like listening to podcasts, no matter how many people gush over the amazing influence one or another has had on their lives. They bore me after three or four minutes.

Ironically, one of my jobs at work is to help produce podcasts. I never listen to ours all the way through.
