I thought that once pictures were posted on here they became property of lpsg hence the stamp on them reading "lpsg." My mistake.

To be honest, I don't know. Since there's no release for "use of likeness", I don't know how it would be taken. I just think that you made the right move removing the pic. :smile:

It's all a very fuzzy area. Frankly, as a business owner you'd think it may be a dangerous area because as sue happy as people are they may get angry over the "use of likeness" thing you mention. Then again, how embarrassing would it be to file a claim about "he used my penis pic" without my permission?
