I don’t think I’ve ever shot only a single spurt when ejaculating.
I have experienced retrograde ejaculation, though. I took flomax for a brief time to treat kidney stones and it’s one of the side effects. Your bladder sphincter normally contracts during ejaculation forcing the semen to be ejected out the penis rather than simply shooting into your bladder. The medication affects the bladder sphincter, and it doesn’t contract like it’s supposed to and remains open, so when you cum, most or all of the semen goes into the bladder.
It doesn’t hurt and you still experience a regular orgasm, just no ejaculation from penis. Which can be embarrassing. When I’d piss for first time after a retrograde ejaculation, my pee would be really cloudy, obviously peeing out the semen. Luckily it all stopped after I stopped the medication. Must suck for guys with BPH who have to take it long term.
