i usually hate discussion like this on here but, i do think it’s fairly obvious he’s queer no? it’s been years since he’s commented on his sexuality and i think he’s obviously grown more comfortable with himself (especially as someone with an online presence) since then

he probably just doesn’t feel the need to come out at this point? we just don’t really live in a world where people feel the need to make some big grand announcement to tell the world they’re gay anymore. they just, Be Gay

He’s no stranger to reading queer text. He’s said multiple times that he goes out of his way to read books from authors who are not cis straight white men from the UK or US.

100% that too !! And he does the typical vapid influencer thing of not actually taking any kind of accountability and acting as if the long-time viewers who criticised him are just haters. Unjaded Jade's a bit like that whenever she has any kind of pushback, they just leave a sanctimonious paragraph dismissing anything that isnt gushing praise as toxic, unnecessary and outrageous.

I used to follow him back when he was doing uni content, as someone in that stage of life too

then when he pivoted to doing book tok or whatever it's called I lost interest and unfollowed. I know he's become more prominent since then but didn't know the specifics

Yes I was the same. I liked seeing the vlogs. I don't like that he has made books his entire personality. I know he has a degree in Englisb Lit, but still
