The heads up from another blog promised a segment of the episode in which Jake and Bear go shirtless was the initial reason for tuning in. What became the most impressive part was near the end when they had to 'shimmie' themselves across a single rope 'bridge' to get to the other side of a huge gorge/cavern/very deep valley.... in order to get to the point where they were to meet a helicopter that was picking them up. While Bear had done something similar, he acknowledged this was by far the longest one he had attempted. Jake, admitting to a fear of heights, took what was shown to be a short period of time to compose himself and then went across. Compounding the fact was the extreme weather that was cold and windy and raining causing the rope to sway.

Here is a clip that shows them 'stripping' off clothes to keep them dry while crossing an icy river (only shirts-sorry) at :35 and then the 'rope bridge' cossing starting at 4:00:
