I watched the roast. In The Broken Tower, a movie about Hart Crane, he sucked on a piece of wood that was supposed to be somebody's cock. Dave played the younger version of the same character in the movie. I do think Dave looked great all dressed up at the roast. James also played Allen Ginsburg in Howl.
