So recently ive been using the treadmill every morning at the local y and honestly I feel like I need more support than the normal baggy boxers I wear. I'm not hung or anything, though I would say i'm a bit bigger than average, but a few miles into the run my cock and balls get hot and sweaty and just kind of flop around. Start a new trend wear a jock for the support. Forget about what the other guys think, wearing a jock is not weird. You can buy a jock at most sporting goods stores. Most places will not allow you to try them on for sanitary reasons. They are sold by waist size s , m, l . measure your waist and look for that size on the package, for what will fit. Good luck .

Who cares about what other guys think. Forget the generational concern. Wear what you like. I agree a jock while running is best. In my case I have been lifting weights 90% and running rarely so freeball is for me. Was on the track team 4 yrs in high school. Same time on wrestling team and swim team. Running Jock. Wrestling and swim nothing. I got positive reactions both ways. My main compaint about a jock is they are very uncomfortable for me when I get a hardon. Anyone want to vote on my pics?
