It seems that the blogspot/you are wrong about when the pictures where taken, the date on the images in 2002. IF they were taken days after his 18 birthday (you were suggesting it was before) the year would say 2001; his birthday is Oct 15, 1983.
Individual images are copyrighted when taken, media (magazines, books, reports, theses, CDs, DVDs, etc.) are copyrighted when published/released.
Nothing went over my head, you are trying to start that old rumor again. Rumors like that get threads deleted, members banned, and sometimes entire sites shut down. Case in point being Aaron Moody saying that he was under age when he took/posted the BigWhiteCock20 nude pics, so that they would get taken down everywhere. He then had to admit it was a lie when english authorities questioned him for distribution of illegal underage images. BTW, it is also illegal for an individual to self distribute underage in the US and other advanced countries.
It's not a jerkoff video, for those wondering. Just a clip of him and another blond male in a gym. Lol! Watched it years ago.

Look further up on THIS PAGE, they are between the other photos/pics. The only one that isn't there is the one without the blur on his face, butt, and balls, the one that seems like it would show more than butt cheeks/crack.

Really, I'm not.
But this one has just been too easy.
Just to clarify and exonerate myself once and for all from these slanderous accusations made by one of the dimmer bulbs on the Christmas tree (not mentioning names or anything):
1.) I remember reading that Joseph may have been underage at the time of that shoot. Where did I read this? Why, RIGHT HERE in this very LPSG thread:
2.) I asked if anyone could confirm (or denbunk this).
3.) Then I found the livejournal I referenced in post #235 that stated Joseph had just turned 18.

4.) I was attacked by a troll for trying to start an old rumour again.
Nothing has necessarily been confirmed. Nothing has necessarily been debunked. I'm mentioning this not to (re)ignite rumours of any kind, but because it's just something to keep in mind.
