When’s a good time to go? Never been to Wi. I def like discreet showing off more than outright bathhouse vibes at century spa
Tuesdays and Thursdays used to be busier since those were discount days. But now it's a flat rate (and they just raised prices a few months ago).
Evenings are probably best for an "adult" crowd -- remember this is a spa and sometimes families with young kids are there.
FYI Century is out of commission and will be for at least the foreseeable future while undergoing repairs.

sunday the only thing out of commision was the pools. steam is lower than usual but works. services are all still going. but it's weird walkinng into the wet area and being overwhelmed by a huge black plastic tarp blocking the 3 pools.
Tarp blocks all pools and sitting area.
Steam is permanently at that level.
During the weekday, workers walk in and out of patio into the wet area.
Several shower stalls dismantled to accommodate workers going in and out.

Ive been to both the spa castles in Nyc. I liked the one out in Queens. That was the first Korean Spa I ever went to. I've also been to King Spa in Chicago. I like that one a lot as well, it can get pretty busy at weekends and peak times but a great place to go to escape the winter there. I've been to iSpa out in Irvine a few times and really enjoy that one. It has always been really relaxing and the crowd there has always seemed very friendly. I definitely need to make it out to Wi spa! I might head out to spa or Wi Spa later this afternoon.
Where are people going while Century is still under construction (allegedly until November) Is Wi Spa good early mornings before work? My favorite thing is a communal shower where you can see everyone around you and show off easily, which spas have good communal showers? Even in century they have partitions so it’s not ideal for showing off

i been to Ispa a few times. They have 6 open showers in close proximity. Is that place too far from you?

tried ispa once, but they were a little unfriendly. told me over and over '2 hour limit, 2 hour limiiiit, 2 hour limit' they also didn't have any services then and i went to get a scrub. i might try again but was turned off by the whole thing
Not many gyms in LA have open showers that i know of.... the one I used to go to in studio city was awesome for that, it was an LA Fitness but shut down. Some pools do... like the Culver City one but if anybody knows of any more open showers let me know
