Anatomically, this doesn't seem likely, as a woman's labia minora are posterior to her clitoris(which is at the apex of the labia minora,where they join) and wrap around his penis during intercourse.

I think I should've just created a new thread about labia tugging than revive this old one. You may be right about labia drag being independent of girth, or even labia size being independent of drag, but I'm much more interested in labia drag/labia size being a factor in sexual pleasure.
