This is a youtube video from about a month ago about being on Tinder. He even asks about if Grindr has a verification feature now and if it does he might be interested. Maybe someone answered him yes and he went forward and joined gain?
I think it's real. I wouldn't be surprised at all about being drawn back to it. Tinder only goes so far especially now and people go on and off ALL THE TIME. Plus there is always a public face and a private side of people.

There is this thing called the internet and you can job hunt from anywhere in the world. It’s a fancy new way of applying for jobs. As someone that hires people the first thing I do when I get a resume I think is interesting is search the web and social media. If I don’t find anything I know they are smart enough to know people are looking at their online life.
