I forgot to add that the above does not come with a TENS unit included, which I know you asked for, but I've always found it better ( and cheaper) to use a medical TENS device which you can buy quite reasonably from a pharmacy, and then add the sex toys separately. If you buy a TENS designed for the sex market it will cost a lot more.
