No, he's not a fighter, unless what I know as of late is already obsolete. He, however does weightlifting competitions.
As for the injury on his sexy back, it only reminds me of three things,
A rash? Either environmental caused or internal drug eruption, if he's taking some kind supplements or meds.
A burn mark? It's oddly misshapen, I have no idea what could burn like that though.
and finally
A class of Herpes Zoster infection or the like.
Just my two cents folks, I'm as bewildered as any of you are.
