I dunno, it suggests there are a number of prosthetics used in production, especially the obviously fake massive penis in this scene (“There are several outrageous, monocle-fogging set-pieces, including a gratuitous full-frontal male locker room scene complete with prosthetic thunder-dong."), but I’m not sure all would be prosthetics, especially given the cost involved if most of these guys are extras. Maybe though!
