RunnerSF: Up until three years ago I was largely hairless. I'm blond so the hair is usually blond/light brown anyway. Since my chest/abs hair has started to grow in, I've been trimming around my nipples and treasure trail. I also trim my pubes and balls and then a bit around my legs so that it doesnt look like a crop circle. I trim my underarms a little too - just so that it doesnt stick out all over the place. But in the end, not a whole lot in any particular area.
Personally, I don't have a preference as fair as a man being hairy or smooth goes. My only real strong preference is that if a man shaves - he shaves regularly. I hate burn...especially from a guy's chest being covered in stubble.

For all of the smooth guys out there: how do you shave your pubic area? I trim above my penis now and do shave my balls. I want to try shaving everything. What do you use to shave? How do you stop ingrown hairs and other problems that may come up? Any help would be great. Please let me know.
acemsiran: I only shave my balls pubes and shaft. I don't shave legs and chest. Also i can say i'm not a regular shaver.. Mostly i shave it after it becomes like a forest

I just recently shaved off my happy trail and I realize how much better it looks without it. I'm probably going to keep it off now. Other than that I trim my pubes sometimes, but not very often.
My body is very hairy, stomach, shoulders, back, ass, etc. and I leave it alone. However, I shave my head which has been balding since I was 17. I also shave my face except for a mustache and goattee. Everything else is hairy. Once, I had a guy in a relationship shave my balls and pubes, and I hated the look and feel even though it made my equipment look larger. Once it grew back in, I have remained a hairy beast. I like hair on myself, and I love hairy men. I also enjoy hairy armpits. To each his or her own.

I just took a bath and was noticing how long the hair on my chest is--about two inches for the longer ones. And I got to thinking (perhaps this should be another forum) Have you noticed, as I have, that most guys who lose the hair on their head have extremely hairy bodies. I began balding at about 17 and began putting hair on my chest in the 7th grade. I am now very hairy, but completely bald on top. Have others noticed this?
This is going to sound odd...I shave everything from my feet to my waist. I use a razor made for women by Schick called Intuition. It works extremely well for this purpose. The blades have this "soap" type material around them which lubes everything nicely. The scrotum is always tough....do it in the shower...HOT SHOWER...and stretch your sac with one hand and shave with the other. Ingrown hairs can all but be avoided with a dousing of alcohol right after-refreshing if I do say so myself!!...you also have to do it often...to keep things smooth it needs to be a daily chore or at least every other day! Most women I have talkrd to with nice smooth pussies..the only way they should be in my mind....tell me they do it everyday!
I have minimal body hair, but a full head with the slightest receding on either side of the widow's peak. Have a friend, though, with minimal body hair who is balding. Even within a family, things can vary. My brother is hairier than I but balding from the back like a monk's tonsure.
