I don't think any of those things killed his career, his stopping doing one of those things definitely did. When you start saying no, people started closing doors and then he went on his enlightenment as he really didn't have any real acting talent.

I don't think he's ever identified as anything not straight so I'm not sure the point of saying he claims that "now"?
He stopped getting work likely bc he wasn't a good actor and be fell into more sex work. He had a great body and face but it wasn't meant to be.
