I haven't seen "The Normal Heart" on stage. I have read that in one scene one of the characters is being examined by a doctor and goes fully nude. I would love to have seen some of the actors do that. I don't know what part Mark Ruffalo plays in this production. We can only hope that there is a full frontal scene and it is a man worth seeing.
