Perhaps this isn't the right forum to be discussing if queer-baiting is a problem or not. I would say it definitely is a problem though.

Queer baiting is definitely a problem in media. But it’s not what mark is doing though

Queer baiting is hinting at queer representation and then not delivering on it.

This is not queer baiting for two main reasons:

He never hinted at anything involving him and another male presenting individual

The "tasteful nudes" haven't even dropped yet so it's impossible to know at this time what they will be

Just because you are queer, and he promised to show his body to you does not mean he is queer baiting.

If he said, "I'm going to have some hot action with one of the guys he does podcasts with," and then just had a picture of the two guys holding hands or something, that would be queer-baiting.

At least give the guy a chance to disappoint you first before you flip out and call him a queer baiter or something like that.

This is the best explanation for queer baiting i've seen. So many people are quick to call it out when nothing bad has even happened and some people especially on this site are so mean about it when the person in question hasn't done anything wrong.

Speaking of the calendar I hope that’s not the direction he takes his OF. The stuff in their was mostly goofy. The OF stuff has to come across like him sending you a nude over through text. That faux-personal sense is what makes OF appealing(at least to me)
