He's not currently in anything on broadway, but he has appeared in numerous shows including A Light in the Piazza, South Pacific, and Hairspray.
 
Yeah, he's a very talented, goodlooking guy. He sat next to me on a plane ride between L.A. and Seattle this past summer before Glee debuted. Didn't know who he was because I don't really follow Broadway shows. We chatted most of the way to Seattle, mostly about life in LA vs. NYC, and he mentioned his new TV show which would soon air when we got around to talking about what we each do for a living.

It was a fun chance meeting. Matthew impressed me as a friendly, unpretentious guy. We shook hands as we were leaving the plane, and I told him I'd be sure to watch his new show. I've been a fan since it debuted.

I read somewhere recently that he landed a recording contract, I guess we will soon see.
