Measure the length and width of them and then work out the volume using
[volume = length x width x width x 0.71]
Mine are 4.5cm x 2.5cm which is a volume of 20ml
Yes, I realise that the testicles are solid structures.
Doctors measure testicles by 'volume', using the formula above.

Thanks so much for this thread! Other guys don't seem too concerned about this, but I've always been self-conscious about the size of my balls I haven't had much to compare them to, though. Apparently they're of decent size! Thanks again!
I know of a similar formula, used by docs in ultrasound tests:
Testicle volume = II/6 x Length x Width x Depth (where II = 3.1416...)
DG you do realize 20ml is the same as 4 teaspoons full. Your methodology is spuriois and your maths diabolical.
