I dont even really bother measuring at the base because its tougher to get an accurate measurement because of skin and what not. Thats why I go by mid shaft for myself and all my estimations.

This. A base-girth measurement is often also partially a nutsack measurement.

Heres how I see it: Your cock's length is from where it starts (base) from your pelvis, to the tip of the head. Ok, lets measure it from these reference points. Mine comes in exactly @ 7.75". I agree and use my mid shaft girth when asked what girth I am. But i think most women prefer thicker base than head because it’s smoother to take a cone-type cylinder than a baseball bat where initial penetration is thickest.

but if guy is honest measuring we have all different shapes of penis. for exemple mine is smaller girth at the exact base the larger at 1/4 till 1/2 then decreases . it seems the corpus cavernosum is different from man to man. i guess.but measuring half way seems the best measurement . base is strange one.

Tbh it does look fishy to me, but I'd definitely need more evidence to say whether he's doing something or not. Another thing to consider is that clamping actually, if done right, leaves no evidence. I believe that's actually what Dredd did. I don't think it was surgery in his case, because clamping/stretching leave little to no evidence of tampering so long as they're eased into with appropriate force.
I mean, it's certainly true that some guys have a thicker base and you really can't entirely discount them. On the other hand, you also can't take them 100% due to the ballsack issue. At best, base girth should be taken as an important measurement of CERTAIN guys (i.e. Jovan) with an added grain of salt knowing it's not entirely reliable. At worst, it's a sorry excuse for dudes to wrap the tape measure around their nutsacks & claim they have far thicker girths than they really do.
Another thing that’s worth noting is I’ve that Dayski guy post ridiculous photoshops on his Twitter trying to pass them off as real. And people even called him out on it. Even though I feel most of these guys already do something, when I see someone try and pull something like that or be that conscious about their image (regardless of who they are), it sort of opens the door that they could be doing anything. At least imo. Sort of like the once guilty, always guilty of people on here who post photoshops. Once it’s done once it’s hard to trust anything.
