For an actual 12" to not look too skinny it would need to be as big around as a soda can 8.16". If you ever see a a 12" x 8" silicone dildo in a sex toy shop it looks like joke. That is practically a 5th limb on a normal size person. Even at 7ft tall that would look disproportionately big.

Now, height is a very weak predictor of penis size, but I am saying what would "look" comically out of place in relation to a body or not.

He’s arguing that the ruler is actually above his dick and he’s angling it down slightly. This means he’s measuring an inch of abdomen before his dick.
