Measuring Penile VOLUME

Some men like to measure their penile volume. I highly suggest adopting this method because it's accurate and shows you that even small measureable gains can actually have a large impact on volume.

The penis is most similar in shape to a cylinder; and the way to measure cylindrical volume is length times pi [approximately 3.14] times radius squared [base area times height]. Because it's difficult to obtain an accurate measure of penile radius, we'll have to use a slightly different approach to measuring penile volume.

Take your average girth measurement (measure your thickest and thinnest points and divide that number by 2). *Then divide that number by 6.28. Now square that number and multiply it by 3.14. Multiply that number by length. The resulting product will give you an approximation of your penile volume.

*Girth divided by pi roughly equals diameter, and diameter divided by 2 equals radius.

I like my dick ranging from -4,4436 inches to + 10 yards. I'd go for your water measurement method though since I think it's way more accurate. But I could't find a cylinder I fit into yet.

Are Pringles potato chips available in Germany? The tube that they come in is very useful for just this purpose. I got a water-displacement measure using one. The old tubes were nine inches tall, but now they've made them even taller.

By the way, there is a site that calculates your penis volume from measurements: Penisfactor.com (also a thread about the same).

Actually, I tried Pringles potato chips for the first time in my adult life after reading a post on this forum that proposed using the container for the very exercise that I mentioned. I got the kind with sour cream and onion flavor and reduced fat. I liked them so much that I've become a regular consumer of them. So Pringles should thank LPSG.

I think that site is more reliable than Penisfactor.com. It gives me a volume of 365 cc, whereas Penisfactor gave me 417, which is flattering, but very far from the figure I got from water displacement, which was 330. Stratedude posted a formula here that yields for me a figure of 335, which is even closer. Here is the relevant passage:

CALCULATIONS

OK, when dealing with a penis with two variables, length (L) and circumference (C), you need to get a little more in depth than calculating the volume of a cylinder. The penis has a round end so for this calculation we will be adding a half sphere to a shortened cylinder.

The sphere - the volume of a sphere is 4/3(pi)r^3 where r is the radius of a circle with a circumference of (C).
Since
C=2(pi)r,
r=C/(2pi).
Now our sphere formula is
4/3(pi)(C/(2pi))^3.
Since we only need the volume for half of this the formula becomes
2/3(pi)(C/(2pi))^3
Simplify:
(C^3)/(12(pi)^2)

The cylinder - the volume of a cylinder is (l)(pi)r^2 where (l) is the length of the cylinder. (l) in our case is actually (L)-r because we have to account for the tip. Remember r=C/(2pi), so we have a volume of
((L) - C/(2pi))(pi)(C/(2pi))^2.
Simplify:
(L - C/(2pi))((C^2)/(4pi))

So the total volume of your penis is

V = (C^3)/(12(pi)^2) + (L-C/(2pi))((C^2/4pi))
