Michael Cimino (actor)

It was the bad writing for me. I didn't like cheating aspect + his relationship with Benji had no real development. Basically just thrown together at the end.

I hope they introduce someone new as a love interest next season or give us a twist and make Andrew bi or pan
I don't know but from a writing/directing standpoint, it seemed like whoever wrote/directed the first episode or two intended there to be a twist and have Andrew be the one to have victor question his sexuality. Having Andrew hate victor from the start like that make no sense unless that hate was masked like. Also, introducing a new love interest so soon is a waste of time and muddles the plot too much. Let victor and Benji at least have an entire season as a couple.

I just finish the show in a day. I give it a 7.5 out of 10. The acting, the storyline is good nothing extraordinary but it got scenes that very related to me that makes me cry. as a 25yo gay man still dating girls to hide the truth, i hope ill find my nerve to come out to my family like victor did in the last episode
Rooting here for you man, hopefully you find the strength to do what you need, good luck

Such a relief! It took them long enough. I know we probably won't see season two for a while, but I think it'll be worth the wait. Now that they're at Hulu the show can push the envelope more.
hulu is still under disney's foot, they're majority owners, with comcast being a silent partner that has already agreed to sell their share to disney. there's hardly gonna be any difference from season 1. best case scenario there'll be a few more gay kissing scenes

This is straight from the showrunner: "We’d love to tell sexier stories. That’s going to be so much more exciting on a network like Hulu, which, since they’ve adopted us, have been so supportive of the show and incredible partners."

the showrunner has been saying that since before the renewal was announced. it's basically "it's ok disney didn't want a gay show on their children oriented streaming service because now we can do less kid friendly things". and i'll believe it when i see it, because at the end of the day, the show is still under disney.
i expect it to be not that different from runaways, a disney owned show that aired on hulu. you'll get some more intimate moments with the non straight characters, but not much different than it would've been if this were airing on abc, because it's still a show aimed at younger audiences

well they can and the show I feel is mostly aimed at teens obviously there not gonna go full raunchy but from what they already had in the first season I can see it get a little more mature now that it is technically a Hulu show

Disney probably could careless about the show as they gave it to Hulu. Why would they now try to control it and keep it kid friendly? If that was the case, there would be no reason then for it not to air on Disney+

obviously i doubt its gonna become raunchy but it’ll be as mature as a CW show most likely

Benji felt real to me. Most times in high school we don’t know our crushes well. Many times it’s someone out of our league we don’t even speak to or the interactions are small. This was Benji.

yes they were

the show can definitely e more risqué not saying crazy adult but for sure more .. hulu has a show on there about ha omg sex so i feel like they could get away with more in season 2 but as someone said it’s aimed at a somewhat younger audience.
