I'm 30 and I felt like the show yes is mainly for the teenage demographic however I really enjoyed the love Simon book reading it in my early adult years n I loved the film although I felt like they could of done more so when I heard they were doing a spin off I was excited to watch it and I binged the series in 3 days and that was me restraing myself cos I enjoyed it soooooo much the first season you can tell Disney had toned down some stuff and in some scenes you could see the chemistry between victor n benji and to be shown what victor was thinking at that stage would of made it a bit more mature cos let's face it at 14-15 us lads were constantly horny. Now I'm not asking for r rated sex scenes for the show but I but more realism with him experimenting with his sexuality which I hope they do in season 2 will victor n benji have sex or will victor take it slowly? Although I can imagine victor asking for sex advice from Simon and him being awkward as fuck

Love visitor wasnt great due to him playing straight for basically all of the season. I wish we explored him getting to know benji and exploring his sexuality. I wish he was actually a gay actor. I know people don't agree with that but an actor that is gay is an inspiration to kids that are coming to terms with being apart of the community
not speaking on the gay actor thing but one regards to victor playing straight it really doesn’t matter now seeing as the show has been renewed so everyone who wanted more gay can get that now in season 2
Side note: did anyone else think his dad in the show was hot too?

Here comes the hate I bet, but I don't even believe Michael is straight to begin with. The way he and Mason Gooding are constantly flirting with one another is just way too obvious. In an interview a couple weeks back, Mason was asked what he did to stay busy during the Pandemic and he responded he was trying to learn Spanish to impress "his crush". I know it's a leap, but could this be Michael? Getting tattoos together. Talking about kissing each other. Taking pictures of each other's butts. Mason nonstop talking about how beautiful Michael is and Michael nonstop saying how much he loves Mason, all on their Instagrams and in Livestreams. Idk, for someone who says they took on the role of Victor to honor and show their love for their Gay Cousin, it sure does seem as though Michael may have took on their role to show the world His True Self, without having to just Come Out yet. I absolutely adore Michael. I think he is so hot, but not only is he extremely physically attractive, I think he has something special about him, a beauty inside himself that is pure and makes him a good person through and through. And I think he did an amazing job in Love Victor. I mean no disrespect in what I'm saying. It's just my opinion. I know other's have their own. Please don't get offensive towards me if you disagree.

Him "playing straight" is realistic when it comes to a lot of people's experience as a teen. I "played straight" all through high school. I had had so many girlfriends that my parents used to joke about about how I "love em and leave em". I didn't come to terms myself with my sexuality until senior year.

If u expect season 2 will be like euphoria that have nudes, frontal, penis shot or at least like netflix's elité series, u are very wrong. They will not gonna do as far as that, cause its on Hulu, and its aimed and rated for 13 and above, the best they can do for example is riverdale(i never watch it). No nudes, no frontal, no butt shots just sexy scenes. Unless they change their age rating they probably gonna do it
