Which raises the question: (pardon my ignorance of this legal stuff).. could someone who downloaded the video believing he was of age at the time be arrested for it? It was advertised as if he was of age, and how often do we card every actor in every porn we watch? He sold them privately at first, they were custom made so he must’ve told people he was of legal age. Then he sold the videos when the leaks started. So I think it’s a grey area I wouldn’t want to be in.

Until I see proof of Michaels DOB I'm not buying into the underage issue. All the sites which hosted his underage material would have had legal issues that made the news. I haven't heard anything. Has anyone else?

I know about the Brent E issue. I don't recall age playing a role in it. Even if he was selling custom vids he would have to be on a site. Was it an adult site? Would have had to show ID. Fake ID, somebody would be in trouble if underaged.

Can't see so many years passing and authorities not taking notice, with the crack down on underage crap.

If anything the one who would be in most trouble would be Michael because everyone else didnt know. He knew exactly what he was doing. I see a lot of under 18 year olds getting charge with child porn distribution as they should be.

the people who got the private stuff would still get in legal trouble. even if they didn't know he was underage, they were still in possession of child pornography. if they were able to prove he lied about his age to them, then maybe they could get less of a harsh sentence. but they'd still be in trouble for possession. and if it was just a message of him saying he's legal, that could not be enough, probably depending on the judge/jury. i can totally see a judge or the opposition's lawyer saying "well, if the age was questionable, why wasn't a form of id requested?".
the laws with that are very harsh, and they'll fuck over anyone. a minor sending nudes to another minor is breaking the law for producing and distributing cp, and the minor receiving them is breaking the law for having them

Not to be negative, but they have apps that can create fake posts. I'm not going to discredit anybody, but actions must back words to get my support. These days there are too many people talking nice and acting badly.

I hope he's really taking control of his life. The head to toe wallpaper leaves me skeptical. I just get the feeling he's still unsettled.

It was confirmed by in charge net owner on different forums. U can google “Michael hoffman is a con artist” and you’ll find his posts.
U can go on site and have a look at Hoffman’s vids. The ones , which are missing, mean they were filmed when mike was underage
