I still have that cover of Time, and I've always wondered whether it was blurred-out in later printings, or something. I wonder this because I first saw it on television and it looked a lot more noticeable on the TV screen than it does on the actual cover, believe it or not! It's still a great cover though!

He's hot, body-wise, but his face doesn't do much for me (I sometimes have to cover his face to just admire his body; just too dorky). Looks like he's packing nicely too!

I used to be a swimmer in high school - it truly is the best exercise. Your body gets so toned and tight... Phelps's body is just beautiful. Good for him.
