Hmmmm interesting thread.
I didn't want anyone to "milk me" so to speak, but I always thought it would be kind of exciting if I were lactating to have it "spill out" during foreplay and sex just like doug described...never happened though as I wasn't with anyone while I was nursing my child.
I have always heard human breast milk is sweeter than all other mammal milk because that is what we prefer...I tasted mine once to see what my baby was tasting and I thought it tasted sweet. I have heard it described as tasting like melted ice cream.
And yeah, I would think if it's the perfect food for an infant, it certainly wouldn't be "unhealthy" for an adult...a little odd maybe, but not unhealthy.
