Missing SOCKS?

I've been finding socks years later, folded inside other things I stored away. I think they fall in love with something with a lot of electricity, like wool or silk, or a great big blanket, and they follow it home.

I once found a sock in the pocket of a pair of Jeans I washed it with. Weird, seeing how tight those pockets are.........:biggrin1:

Even worse is when you dive into a pair of trousers you just yanked out of the drier only to notice half way though the day that a black lace thong has been sticking out of the end of trouser leg..no doubt adhered by static cling.

It's perfectly natural - I've been known to fall in love with blankets. I like to snuggle up with them on cold Winter nights. Very cold here in Australia at the moment - tonight I'll be having a FOURSOME!

I have quite the love affair with one of my blankets. It was knit with cuddles just for me!!!!

The dog steals them, and by time you find them, they've been stretched or have holes chewed in them!

My new stray "Roadie" loved socks. If I don't keep my bedroom door closed, she gets them and smarly parades around with them. She hopefully is over the chewing-up stage.

Not that I am unclean, but I don't see how she stands them.
