No governmental system could survive in our current society because of our egos. I can't imagine us accepting any leader and uniting around him or her because we all want our own little special interests to be the main topic of conversation. I wish we had LESS government altogether, less police, less tax, less government programs, less, less LESS!

I've heard talk of eliminating income tax in preference of higher sales tax, it will be interesting to see if anything comes of it.

Less POLICE??? Sure when the police abuse their power and become the problem sure we need less of those, but less police in a general sense? Explain please.

Well, this is just one person talking, but if we had less nuissance laws for them to enforce, we'd need less of them. Right now since budgets for police forces have been cut, they are ticketing drivers for every possible thing they can to earn enough revenue to pay their own salaries. While I understand the desire to keep their jobs, I don't feel that my $120 ticket for not wearing a seat belt, my $112 ticket for having my front license dispalyed in my window rather than on the front of the car or my $116 for having the plastic cap broken on one of my taillights, even though it works fine, are justifiable. My income is short too and I don't think I should have to pay the police to harrass me. None of these things affect public safety in the least. Tons of people get arrested for tiny amounts of marijuana even though drunk driving is by far more prevalent a problem and alcoholism much more likely than pot addiction.
I don't like police invading people's privacy with abitrary searches along the road, which they can now do, looking for reasons to dispense tickets while efforts to fight real crime are not improving. The government seizes assloads of drugs when they want to look good to the public, but where does it go? It's okay for them to reroute all that shit to the public, but we get nailed to the wall for any little thing.

Sure, I want to believe I live in a relatively safe environment, but when I see seven or eight police with someone being ticketed in one day, I can't help feeling they're creating crimes where there aren't any for the purpose of generating revenue and that makes me mad. Speeding less than five miles over the limit is NOT a crime.
Where's a cop when you call 911? If you live in a bad neighborhood, they may choose not to come at all (like when I lived in Avondale, rough neighborhood in Cincinnati, police wouldn't come when I called that my car had been broken into, asked me on the phone what I expected them to do!). If they aren't there to help me, WHY should I pay them?

Oh, I don't care. Anything that will make you look at me with your "mean face".
Or we could just armwrestle, I'll let you win.

*stepping out from cold shower*

GBO, I will have to surrender this fight before it begins. I can attempt to debate you on an intellectual level, but if you pull out the sha- umm, you know, I'm dead.

Have we sufficiently killed this thread?

Hey, I thought you were gay! If I'm going to keep little boys in cages, I have to at least have a chance with them!

Madame,
You have me, anywhere, anytime, under any conditions......I kinda' like the idea of the cage....the subservient kinkguy (at least to You) hasn't been "locked up" in a long time. A chance? the boy absolutelyfuckinguarantees a sexual slave-plaything for Your pleasure, Madame......if an "old" boy, such as myself doesn't disgust You, Mistress.

Too eager?
