It wasn’t with a trans girl, they thought me was smoking weed and doing illegal stuff.

it was both, a past friend of his who happened to be a trans person, accused him of owing them money from when they were teenagers (they posted pics etc), supposedly they were dating when the person was a girl, and Wonho supported them when they transitioned. The scandal got big and his label intervened, I assume they had proof since everything was sorted out and the person stopped posting about it. Usually labels will just sue the individuals posting "rumors" but every now and then the labels will fold and arrange everything behind the scenes.

Then there was the weed scandal, which is a pretty big deal in S.Korea, and he had to leave the band. Eventually he was found not guilty of this and returned as solo.
