I was wondering how many of you ride motorcycles and if so, what do you ride? Do you ride as much as possible? And what do you wear when you ride? Do you wear leathers or jacket with pads? And most of all, do you wear a helmut?

By the way, I own a 07 yamaha R6. I wear my padded jacket...some of the time and I always wear a helmut. I've seen where too many guys have gotten messed up cause they wern't wearing a helmut.

I always wear a helmet. I don't always wear my padded jacket or gloves. On really hot days I'll even ride in shorts and a T-shirt.

I had an '08 R6, but upgraded to the bmw k13s

TZR250 1988 (I race it in a classic series), Fireblade 2000 ex-racebike that only gets used on the track, KTM200EXC off roader, Hornet 600 roadbike - I don't ride too much on the road.

i have a honda shadow and i ride as much as possible. it is nothing for me to fill the tank 2-3 times a day when i ride. i wear the leathers as much as i can and if i could get away with it i would not wear a helmet. georgia has a helmet law. i go to sc when i can they dont have to have one. i have pics of me and my bike in my gallery so feel free to go take a look.

I ride an Suzuki Bandit every day and use it for touring as well. I also have an Suzuki DRZE for my trail bike and getting to work in the snow/ice.

I ride in both summer and winter textile gear and leathers, always wear a helmet and backplate.

When I ride the dirt bike I always wear my motocross boots and motorcross helmet.

I've never ridden naked but I have been out cruising on both. The bikes and bike gear gets a lot of attention and I've had many fucks/blowjobs in the gear. Many guys online have asked me to come round wearing only the bike gear which I sometimes oblige!

:yikes: njqt466 starts praying that South Carolina gets a helmet law so that TruckerTexman's cute face doesn't end up looking like chopped meat. :frown1:

Have an H-D fatboy. Call it my "second hog" as I keep the first in my 501's (commando). Generally ride on weekends...leather vest with chains & rings (what can I say...if you look at one of my albums, am into jewelry). Have a couple of leather jackets when it's cooler in Houston (about 3 weekends out of the year). Yeah, I wear a helmut despite the fact I hate it; have seen too many guys in the ER, not to wear one.

'03 Beemer K1200GT here. Ride nearly every day, 70-80% of all traveling is done on the beast. Great machine, very comfortable, very much a mover, and does real well with mileage as well. Been across the country 2x on it!

Helmet always, skid jacket nearly always. If it's too hot I just turn on the AC. It's a Beemer, ya know.....

I ride it every chance I get. If I'm riding to work, I wear my helmet and jacket. I never know what the weather is going to be like on the ride home. If I'm going for a quick ride, I generally don't wear my helmet.

I have an 03 R1, ride when I can. Wear a helmet always, but will wear anything as far as clothes depending on the weather

Honda VTX 1800. Always wear a helmet, always wear at least jeans, and usually wear leathers (only skip them when it is just too hot). Put on about 15,000 miles a year.

On one of my helmets I have a sticker on the back that says "size does matter"... Wonder how many people think I am talking about the bike being bigger than the Harleys...lol

You know what doctors in emergency rooms call people who don't wear helmets . . . brain donors. :frown1:

The way I figure it, If I'm in an accident severe enough to crush my skull, my neck is probably going to be snapped anyways. And I really don't want to see my bike all fucked up, so it's better to go out with it.

And for God's sake woman, learn to quote. You always mess up the [/QUOTE] tag by bolding it. STOP THAT.

That is the stupidest fucking thing I've ever heard. I ride, and am quite good at it. In fact I'm nasty in the saddle. Anyway, I had a serious accident a few years ago where my bike broke in 3 pieces and the only reason I am sitting here now, and not drooling on the keyboard is because of my Shoei helmet. I still have the helmet and often look at the gashes in the side to remind me of how lucky I am. If you think so little of yourself that you want to go helmetless, go right ahead, but please don't make silly injury assumptions that you are obviously ill equipped to make.
