Well this is where I draw the line, I'm only feel safe wearing condoms, but apparently the dudes just stop replying back.

That said, it's something I'm sitting with, as a dilemma, as well.. I don't like the feeling of rubber, and definitely like the element of booting with hot cum... but there's even more to be said for responsibility to future such pleasures, and for the pleasure of being able to responsibly not worry and let go. My proposed compromise could be: use barriers the first time. If that particular partner is worth the bother - and, for that matter, has earned the trust - and feels the same towards you, then we go get checked, use barriers with everyone meantime, including with each other til results come back. Then no barriers for us for however long we want to see each other. But that does definitely dampen things, at least slow them down, and doesn't square well with true one-night stands...
