Muscular legs

Thick legs are a labour of love, and unless you have freaky genetics they take a long time to grow. I have growing legs, but they are the area of my body I find hardest to grow consistently. I do 100 calf raises every day, and will for a year, and hope that will help them POP. I can't squat with a bar now due to my age and knee problems, but love leg curls and incline leg press with some hack squat thrown in.
