The person that runs the account talks in the comments sometimes.
She referred to him as their "sister" a while ago.
She said they weren't gay baiting and he wasn't dating them.
They've used the mlm/gay tag multiple times.

But I think the most telling thing is that they don't seem to be weirded out by him running around half naked, with shorts and no underwear or just his underwear, I'm guessing, because he's not interested in them.
