My routine and progress

Hi I am new to pe so I thought I'd list my routine here and see what you guys think. I will also update this thread with my progress.

I'm currently in week 2 but week 1 was a very slow start.

Warmup: I start by achieving a full erection and massage my erect penis for a few
Minutes. Then I jump in the shower and warm-up in the hot water for 5-10 minutes

Jelqs: I started with 50 adding 5 each workout, tonights workout I did 70.

After jelqs I do OM as outlined in the beginners guide, then place my penis directly in the stream of hot water for a few minutes. While doing this I a achieve a full erection, then do 50 kegels trying to hold each one 2-5 seconds. After this I warm down in the water for 5-10 minutes, and I'm done.

What do you all think?

I dont understand the reason for the first erection and massage.
And no stretching?

I get the erection to get the blood flowing well and as I warmup I slowly get back to semi. I didn't read anywhere about stretches, how is that done? Is it before or after the warmup?

Thats what they call it. But I never quite figured out that whole breathing thing. Here is what I do:
I roll back the foreskin.
I grab my flacid dick in between the glands and shaft.
I tug out, or forward for 2 seconds, then I crush it in for 2 seconds. Repeat.
I do this in every direction. Out, up, down, left, right, then make circles in both directions to end.

Everything is done in sets.
Aft first, I did 10 reps, 1 set in each direction.
Then I would either add more reps, and/ or do more sets.
The last set would be a 30 second extended tug.

Then I would do my jelqs. Of course I would rewarm my dick before doing jelqs.
