Hi I am new to pe so I thought I'd list my routine here and see what you guys think. I will also update this thread with my progress. I'm currently in week 2 but week 1 was a very slow start. Warmup: I start by achieving a full erection and massage my erect penis for a few Minutes. Then I jump in the shower and warm-up in the hot water for 5-10 minutes Jelqs: I started with 50 adding 5 each workout, tonights workout I did 70. After jelqs I do OM as outlined in the beginners guide, then place my penis directly in the stream of hot water for a few minutes. While doing this I a achieve a full erection, then do 50 kegels trying to hold each one 2-5 seconds. After this I warm down in the water for 5-10 minutes, and I'm done. What do you all think?
