Doctor Who premieres on BBC1 with a double bill at 12am from May 11th (7pm on Disney+ from May 10th) with a regular BBC slot on Saturdays.
Single episodes after that. It's an eight episode series.

It is streamable at midnight BST May 11th on iPlayer, beginning with a double bill, and at the same moment in time globally on Disney+
So whatever time in your area is the same as when it's midnight UTC+1 (think that works out 1pm May 10th in Hawaii but noon May 11th in New Zealand).
Then yeah it gets a BBC 1 evening showing on May 11th and subsequent Saturdays.
