Hi all,
I have started doing PE every other day from three weeks ago. So far have not noticed any changes in measurements, although I feel me penis is a bit fatter.
I am currently just above 6" in length and 5.5" girth. My PE starts with 3 minutes warm up, 4 minutes power stretch, 4 minutes V stretch, 5 minutes Jelq, 4 minutes circular stretch and 3 minutes warm down.
Last week I noticed this swollen ring about a 1CM below the head, so I lowered my work out and it is gone. But when I am fully erect I feel some hard veins in that area and one narrow hard vein all the way along top of my penis (from base to the head) and it is slightly uncomfortable.
Other thing is, when I do the stretch I feel the tension just below the head rather than the base.
I was wondering if someone could give me some advice, if I am doing some thing incorrectly and what to do about the veins.
